2014 NZMRI Summer School on Operator Algebra
The Summer School will take place Monday 13 January to Friday 17 January in Te Anau. Participants should arrive on Sunday 12 January.
Te Anau is next to Lake Te Anau with Lake Manapouri just nearby and the Kepler Mountains across the lake. The town is the gateway to the Kepler and Routeburn Tracks, and Milford and Doubtful Sounds.

Programme and speakers
The Summer School will consist of 4-5 mini-courses (three 50-minute talks) presented by distinguished international speakers. See here for the programme.

Venue
All lectures will be at the Te Anau Club➶, which is at the corner of Pop Andrew Drive and Jackson Street — see map.
Internet
There is no internet at the Te Anau Club. Most motels have free internet or have internet available to purchase.

Catering
At the Te Anau Club light refreshment will be provided mid-morning on lecture days. Tea and coffee will also be available 'on tap' throughout.
Lunches will be provided for participants on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
A BBQ dinner will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Guests of participants are welcome to join lunches and BBQs at their own expense.
Travel and accommodation
Participants make travel arrangements themselves at their own cost. Options are to fly to Queenstown, Dunedin or Invercargill, and take a bus or rental car from there.
Accommodation arrangements depend on certain factors which are detailed under Accommodation.
