- Shotover Jet

Relaxation
Further afield
- Real Journeys offers day trips from Queenstown to Fiordland.
- Mount Cook national park and the Mackenzie Country, approximately a 3½ hour drive, offer amazing views and walks in a world heritage site.
- The Catlins, also approximately a 3½ hour drive, has some of New Zealand’s unique scenery (e.g. a petrified forest) and is a good place for wildlife spotting.
- Dunedin hosts the world’s only mainland breeding site for Albatross and has plenty of other attractions.
