Catering
The registration fee includes lunches, morning and afternoon teas, and a conference BBQ. The conference BBQ will be held on Thursday evening, 31 January, at the University of Otago Staff Club. Extra tickets for the conference dinner can be bought for $30 per person.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions for yourself and any guests.
Talks/posters
Please indicate whether you intend to present a contributed talk or a poster. The title and abstract may be submitted now or later. You will need to submit an abstract online by 15 January, using the link provided to you when you register.
Fees

Cancellations
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Registration cancelled on or before 20 December: registration fee less a $25.00 administration fee will be refunded
- Cancellation made on or after 21 December: registration fees will not be refunded. Replacement delegates will be accepted at any time.
Payment
Payment should be made by credit card (Mastercard or VISA). We use a secure credit card system run by the University of Otago.
