REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED
Before you begin the registration process, please consider the following items and prepare your answers where relevant.
Reception and Conference Dinner
Please indicate whether you intend to be at the Welcome and Registration reception on the evening of Wednesday, 8th February. This event is included in the registration fee.
Please indicate whether you intend to be at the Conference Dinner on the evening of Friday, 10th February. The dinner will be held at the Rydges Lakeside Resort. The cost is included in the registration fee. Extra tickets ($90) can be purchased.
Please also tell us of any special dietary requirements.
Talks
Please indicate whether you intend to present a contributed talk. The title and abstract may be submitted now or later. The deadline for abstract submission is the 9th of January 2012.
The room used for the talks will have whiteboards, an overhead projector and data projection equipment. Additional equipment may be requested and we will do our best to meet your needs. It is expected that talks will occupy 25 minutes including questions. Please note that this may be changed as the programme has not been fixed yet.
Fees
The registration fees are

Participants may join the ASGRG at any time up to, and including, Wednesday the 8th of February in order to take advantage of the lower registration costs for ASGRG members. Participants will be able to join the ASGRG at the conference.
Payment
Payment should be made by credit card (Mastercard or VISA). Please have your credit card details ready. Payment is made manually -- there may be a delay of several days in the processing. Cash payments will be accepted at the venue.
Other methods of payment increase the work of the organisers. If credit card or cash payment is not appropriate please contact Marguerite Hunter.
Accommodation
Several rooms at the Rydges Resort have been reserved for the conference, but there are not enough for everyone. In order to ensure availability we recommend booking promptly. These rooms and other options are listed on the accommodation page.
